The Glendale College Vaqueros earned a hard-fought road win Saturday afternoon, holding off Santa Monica 78–76 in a tightly contested matchup at Corsair Gym. Glendale stayed composed down the stretch, using balanced scoring and timely defense to secure the two-point victory.

Jacob Allen delivered a standout performance off the bench, leading all scorers with 22 points on 7-of-12 shooting, including four three-pointers. Myles Wainwright added a strong all-around effort with 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists, and a block, while Brandon Blair chipped in 13 points, six rebounds, and four assists.

Inside, Armen Darakchyan finished with 12 points and five rebounds, and Omree Bentov contributed 10 points along with five rebounds, a block, and a steal. Glendale shot an efficient 53.7 percent from the field and knocked down eight three-pointers, helping offset Santa Monica's rebounding edge.

The Vaqueros withstood a late push from the Corsairs and closed out the game at the free-throw line and on the defensive end, earning an important road win through poise and balanced contributions across the lineup.
