The Glendale Vaqueros used a strong second half to pull away from Los Angeles City, earning a 61–52 win on December 3 at Glendale College. Trailing at the break, Glendale outscored LA City 36–22 in the second half to secure the comeback victory.
Hunter Smith led all scorers with 19 points, knocking down four three-pointers and adding five rebounds. Brandon Blair followed with a well-rounded performance of 18 points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals, while Omree Bentov chipped in 17 points and a team-high eight rebounds.
Glendale's defense played a key role down the stretch, forcing turnovers and limiting LA City's scoring after halftime. Myles Wainwright contributed three assists and two steals, and Jacob Allen added three points off the bench.
The Vaqueros shot 39% from the field and held LA City to 22 second-half points, improving to 4–5 on the season with the home win.
