Vaqueros Close Out Season with Grit at Citrus

The Glendale College Vaqueros wrapped up their season on the road with a hard-fought 3–0 loss to Citrus College on November 11. Despite the scoreline, Glendale showed strong defensive organization and determination throughout the match.

Goalkeeper Liliana Reynoso had another standout performance, recording 10 saves to keep the Vaqueros in the game against a relentless Citrus attack. Defenders Patile Hovaghimian, Nayely Moreno, and Andrea Banuelos anchored the back line with composure, limiting Citrus to just one goal in the second half. Midfielder Lillian Yousefian led Glendale offensively, taking the team's lone shot, while Natalie Ramirez and Michelle Saris worked tirelessly in the midfield to maintain possession and disrupt Citrus's rhythm.

Though the Vaqueros couldn't find the back of the net, the team's effort and resilience were evident as they closed the year continuing to compete with focus and heart.
