The Glendale College Vaqueros delivered a dominant performance on Tuesday night, rolling past Canyons 67–23 to improve to 19–4 overall and a perfect 9–0 in conference play. Glendale set the tone immediately with a 23–4 first quarter and never allowed Canyons to gain momentum.

The Vaqueros' defense was relentless, holding Canyons to just eight made field goals and single-digit scoring in three quarters. Glendale also controlled the paint and the boards, outrebounding Canyons 49–31 while forcing 23 turnovers.

Offensively, Aniah Bradley led GCC with 14 points on 7-of-11 shooting, adding eight rebounds, two blocks, and two steals off the bench. Sammy Velasquez finished with 11 points, knocking down two three-pointers, while Mariah Maestas and Kaitlin Johnson each contributed nine points. Maestas also added five rebounds and two steals.

Defensively, Shadel Ffrench anchored the inside with 12 rebounds and three blocks, helping set the tone for a balanced team effort. Eleven different Vaqueros scored, and Glendale finished with 12 steals in another complete performance.

The convincing road win keeps Glendale unbeaten in conference play and reinforces the Vaqueros' position as one of the top teams in the state.
