Glendale continued to apply pressure throughout the game, with David Lozano delivering one of the biggest performances. Lozano went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs, including a key hit in the eighth inning that helped break the game open.
At the top of the lineup, Jackson Lyons sparked the offense with a 2-for-4 day, including a triple and a run scored. Andrew Garcia added a hit and a run, consistently putting himself in scoring position, while Adonis Jenkins contributed with a hit, a walk, and a run scored.
The turning point came in the eighth inning when Glendale exploded for four runs. Miguel Villegas came through with an RBI single, while Charlie Carafotes added another RBI knock to extend the lead. Jackson Pratt capped off the inning by drawing an RBI walk, finishing the game with a hit and two RBIs.
On the mound, Jimmy Cafferty earned the win with five solid innings, striking out six while allowing just two runs. Cris Banuelos was dominant in relief, tossing four shutout innings and striking out three to secure the save and shut the door on LA Mission.
