Vaqueros Fall Short in Loss to Antelope Valley, 10–6

Glendale put together a late push but couldn't overcome an early deficit in a 10–6 loss to Antelope Valley. Despite falling behind early, the Vaqueros showed flashes of offensive production, highlighted by home runs from Andrew Garcia and David Lozano. Lozano finished with a strong performance, going 1-for-3 with a two-run homer and two walks, while Garcia added a solo shot and collected two hits on the day.

Miguel Villegas also contributed at the plate with a 2-for-4 effort, and Trevor Lain and Matt Hazlegrove each drove in a run to help fuel Glendale's comeback attempt. The Vaqueros were aggressive on the bases, with steals from Adonis Jenkins, Lozano, Mike Bang, and Jackson Pratt. Glendale chipped away with runs in the fifth through eighth innings, but the early surge from Antelope Valley proved too much to overcome.
