Glendale’s Offensive Explosion Falls Short in 17–16 Loss to Canyons

Glendale fell just short in a high-scoring battle, losing 17–16 to Canyons despite a powerful offensive performance.

The Vaqueros collected 17 hits and eight home runs in the game. Adonis Jenkins had a monster performance, going 4-for-6 with three home runs and eight RBIs, while also scoring three runs. Andrew Garcia added two home runs and drove in two runs, and Miguel Villegas homered twice while finishing with two RBIs and three runs scored.

Mike Bang also contributed with a home run and three RBIs, while David Lozano recorded three hits and Jackson Pratt added two hits and two runs scored.

Canyons rallied late, scoring four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to secure the walk-off victory.

Despite the loss, Glendale's offense remained strong, producing 16 runs on 17 hits in the narrow defeat.
