Mike Misetich has been an athlete for most of his life, and it was during those years on the field that he discovered his passion for athletic training. After his own playing days came to an end, he found a new purpose on the sidelines as an athletic training student, supporting others the way his mentors once supported him.
He earned his Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with a focus on Applied Fitness and Lifestyle from Cal State Northridge, then returned to CSUN to complete his Master’s in Athletic Training. Throughout his training, Mike gained hands-on experience in a variety of clinical settings, including high school athletics, collegiate programs, and even the film industry—an experience that strengthened both his adaptability and his commitment to athlete care.
Outside of work, Mike loves spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, getting outdoors whenever he can, and cheering on the Dodgers.
